In Gunfire Reborn, you need the Golden Goblets to build a strong character for a good run. The best Goblets to get in the game are these.
Your Gunfire Reborn runs are built around the Golden Goblet. Ascensions allow you to improve your character in a variety of ways. These powerful artifacts can be found at the end of each stage and sometimes as rare drops from minibosses. Each character’s Ascensions are different.
There are a lot of great Golden Goblet upgrades, but the best ones are the ones that give your character power you couldn’t even imagine before. This list shows you which Goblet upgrades are the best in the game, so you know what to focus on.
Warlike Blade – Tao
Tao is a character who cares a lot about fast-firing weapons with a lot of bullets in Gunfire Reborn, like submachine guns. Warlike Blade makes this point even clearer by giving her a boost to her rate of fire and accuracy after she fires ten shots. This buff stacks and lasts for a short time. She also gets a small chance to get back some of the bullets she has already fired.
This Ascension goes well with many of Tao’s favorite weapons, especially submachine guns and assault rifles. With it, Tao can keep firing at a high rate because she gets a buff and her ammo keeps coming back to her.
Strength Taker – Xing Zhe
The high damage and large area of effect of Xing Zhe’s Essence Chain make it a great tool for controlling an area in Gunfire Reborn. Strength Taker makes it even stronger by making all enemies hit by the chain do less damage. Xing Zhe also gets a buff that adds to his maximum shield and skill damage.
The damage reduction and shield boosts make Xing Zhe almost impossible to kill, so he can take a lot of enemy fire. But the most important part is that skill damage builds up. This makes Xing Zhe’s Essence Chain very powerful and works well with other Ascensions and Occult Scrolls.
Irrepressible Surge – Qian Sui
Qian Sui has a powerful ability called Apsis that makes him put up a shield that protects him from all frontal attacks. During Gunfire Reborn game, his dash is replaced by his Hurtle ability, which does a lot of damage and is very powerful. Irresistible Surge makes it so that if Qian Sui kills an enemy while the Apsis is up, Hurtle doesn’t need to cool down for the next two seconds.
Also, Qian Sui can raise the Apsis again right away if he kills an enemy right after lowering it. With this Ascension, Qian Sui is very mobile and hard to take down, as long as he keeps killing enemies, raising the Apsis, and putting himself in dangerous situations without a care in the world.
Easy Kill – Qing Yan
Qing Yan is a character who does best in the middle of a fight, killing enemies with his Cleave ability, which does a lot of damage and affects a large area. Easy Kill makes these skills even better by making them deal more damage to enemies with low health and giving Qing Yan a permanent damage boost every time he kills an enemy with Cleave.
Together, these two things make Cleave one of the best damage-dealing skills in the game, letting Qing Yan use it to kill enemies in a flash. Consider Ascensions and Scrolls that let you use Cleave more often, and keep in mind that this upgrade works best when you’re playing alone and can get all the kills for yourself.
Firefox Blessing – Li
Li‘s Spiritual Flame uses the energy she has built up over time to make itself stronger. The more energy it uses, the stronger it gets. Firefox Blessing makes her energy stronger, which makes Spiritual Flame do more damage and lets it evolve a second time to do even more damage.
The more you put into Firefox Blessing, the stronger it gets. When it’s at its highest level, it also leaves a damage-over-time trail. It’s a great Ascension for any Li build, and it will let you do a lot of damage with Spiritual Flame in short bursts.
Elemental Rage – Crown Prince
Elemental Rage makes it so that Crown Prince does more damage to enemies who are being hurt by elements. On paper, it looks simple, but in practice, it is very powerful. At the highest rank, this Ascension gives Crown Prince a huge 120 percent more damage against enemies affected by elements.
This Ascension is twice as strong on Crown Prince because he can easily use elements on his enemies. His Smoke Grenades give his enemies Corrosive, and he should carry more than one elemental weapon anyway. Elemental Rage is just a simple way to increase your damage, which is always a good thing. It’s a big reason why Crown Prince is so great.
Sustained Fire – Ao Bai
After killing an enemy or breaking something that can be broken, Sustained Fire gives Ao Bai a short-term boost to the damage his weapons and Explosive Grenades do. At max rank, he will deal twice as much damage for a whopping 20 seconds. He can easily keep this buff up for the whole fight in Gunfire Reborn.
For a weapon expert like Ao Bai, this bonus is huge. When his skill is active, he can use both of the weapons he has equipped at the same time. This effectively doubles the damage he does while Sustained Fire is active. Plus, all you have to do to turn it on is shoot a pot, which is a very easy thing to do.
Sword Guard – Tao
Tao’s ability lets her attack enemies with a barrage of summoned swords, and other Ascensions make the number of swords she can call up by a huge amount. This works well with Sword Guard, which makes Tao’s shields stronger every time one of her swords hits an enemy.
Sword Guard raises Tao’s maximum shields and restores them by the same amount, so she can use her swords to quickly get a lot of extra shields. Not only that, but at the highest rank, this ascension will make Tao’s shield recover faster as long as she has enough Sword Guard.
Magical Supply – Lei Luo
Lei Luo is a great sniper, especially when he uses his skill in Gunfire Reborn. His next shot will hit his target with a lightning bolt, which will do a lot more damage. If Lei Luo’s shot kills an enemy, Magical Supply will refresh his ability, making it last a little less long but letting him shoot another lightning bolt.
This Ascension makes Lei Luo’s one-shot ability into a constant effect that he can use over and over again. You should use this with high-damage sniper rifles to get the most out of the extra lightning bolt and make sure you kill the target.
Hex Smoke – Crown Prince
Hex Smoke is not only Crown Prince‘s best Ascension, but probably the best Ascension in the whole Slope Game. When the Crown Prince’s Smoke Grenades hit an enemy, it will do less damage and take more damage, up to a whopping 60% more of both at max rank.
This is a ridiculously easy debuff to use on enemies, especially at max rank when it lasts for 20 seconds. The debuff is amazing for how easy it is to use. It increases your damage and makes your enemies do very little damage. Hex Smoke is always worth your time, no matter how you use it.
